Yesterday went really well and i was so chuffed with myself.
When i got home i had an ASDA good for you tikka masala sauce with chicken and rice,i knwo its about 15 syns but i really fancied it.
My weigh in is tomorrow,so i won't actually know if i have lost anything on not because i havn't been weighned,but i am going to go by the fact that alst time i got weighed 4 weeks ago i was 16st 9 lbs (eeek)so if i am less than that then that will be my weight loss that i will count for this week.

Today went well again, i enjoyed my salad so much yesterday that i went back and got another one but had more meat in it this time.so i had chicken pieces and ham..yummm yummm

22.58 - Just got back from Bingo where my usual cuisine would consist of chips and 2 portions of cheese.
As soon as i walked in there and smelt the chips i thught i would find it hard to resist,i went to the canteen and to the fridge....the sandwiches didn't look too nice most of them had seasoned mayo in and i don't like that so i opted for a Tuna and Cucumber sandwich on brown bread...so YYYEESSSS i did it!!
I RESISTED THE TEMPTATION TO EAT CHIPS AND CHEESE
my dad sent me a very encouragin email last nice and have now printed it out and stuck in on the fridge,i have been thinking about it all day especially when it gets a bit tough....thanks dad :-) xxxxx
