Just been up to the road and enrolled in my gym (eeek) it was a bit of a quick thinking thing however i have been wanting to go to the gym for a while,i just always thought it was full of skinny or muscular people...well it was haha!
So i have my induction this evening at 8.30 and i am so unfit that i dont think that i will be able to even get through an induction,
My favourite machine to work on is the cross trainer,with my membership i also get all the clases and a swimming pool so its all good.
Hve done really well over the last couple of days yesterday i had all the right food and never gave into tempation for anything.
Yesterday i made a recipe out of the slimming world book but i dont think i added enough season (my dad did tell me too hehe)
It was: Large cup mushrooms filled with spinach and garlic with a tomato and melted cheese on top. It was very nice but i couldnt eat too.
Right i had better get motivated for this gym and start by tidying up lol.
Ill let you know how the induction goes...if im still alive.
