Why are weekends always the worst...it's soooo hard!
My 2 failures this week are:
* Yesterday my friend treated me to dinner and we went to pizza hut
* Today,after being sooo hungry and not having much energy to make anything and it being so late i had a duck and mushrooms from chinese takeaway.
However on a good note that hasn't put me off track and thats out the way now,Tomorrow i have planned my meals and they are out of the slimming world book so we will see.
Still doing everything else right and have not touch a bit of chocloate which i thought i would find really hard but not as yet.
still drinking diet pop which is all free on Slimming world.
I will write back tomorrow with more stuff,am feeling a bit tired now and also trying to watch dancing on ice hehe
