	&lt;p&gt;Im sorry i haven't been on for quite a while,My internet connection has been a bit funny of late so i have left it really.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Anyway, had my 2nd weigh in on Thursday 15th March andguess what..&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I lost another 3lbs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I was so pleased,considering i wasn't expecting it, not because i had been bad but because i didn't think i had done as well as last week, so then i also got slimmer of the week !! yeehhaaa.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Havn't done too good this weekend but thats out of the way now so i will have to eat super speed foods next week to make sure i pull it back, but my target for next week is to lose 1lb because i will get my half stone awar.but i will still be working twice as hard as the previous weeks.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I think i am going to find it hard if i don't lose anything or i stay the same, that might push me back a little bit but i suppose i will have to deal with that when it happens.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Sponsor ship isn't going too well but im not all that fussed because i would rather save my sponsors for my race for life wich i hope to take part in in a couple of months.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;So i have my induction this evening at 8.30 and i am so unfit that i dont think that i will be able to even get through an induction,&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;My favourite machine to work on is the cross trainer,with my membership i also get all the clases and a swimming pool so its all good.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Hve done really well over the last couple of days yesterday i had all the right food and never gave into tempation for anything.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Yesterday i made a recipe out of the slimming world book but i dont think i added enough season (my dad did tell me too hehe)&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;It was: Large cup mushrooms filled with spinach and garlic with a tomato and melted cheese on top. It was very nice but i couldnt eat too.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Right i had better get motivated for this gym and start by tidying up lol.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Ill let you know how the induction goes...if im still alive.

Today went well again, i enjoyed my salad so much yesterday that i went back and got another one but had more meat in it this time.so i had chicken pieces and ham..yummm yummm&lt;/p&gt;

22.58 - Just got back from Bingo where my usual cuisine would consist of chips and 2 portions of cheese.&lt;br&gt;
As soon as i walked in there and smelt the chips i thught i would find it hard to resist,i went to the canteen and to the fridge....the sandwiches didn't look too nice most of them had seasoned mayo in and i don't like that so i opted for a Tuna and Cucumber sandwich on brown bread...so YYYEESSSS i did it!!&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I RESISTED THE TEMPTATION TO EAT CHIPS AND CHEESE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;my dad sent me a very encouragin email last nice and have now printed it out and stuck in on the fridge,i have been thinking about it all day especially when it gets a bit tough....thanks dad :-) xxxxx&lt;/p&gt;

Today went well again, i enjoyed my salad so much yesterday that i went back and got another one but had more meat in it this time.so i had chicken pieces and ham..yummm yummm</p>
	<p><strong>*</strong><strong>*</strong><strong>*</strong><strong>*</strong><strong>*</strong><strong>*</strong>****<br>
22.58 - Just got back from Bingo where my usual cuisine would consist of chips and 2 portions of cheese.<br>
As soon as i walked in there and smelt the chips i thught i would find it hard to resist,i went to the canteen and to the fridge....the sandwiches didn't look too nice most of them had seasoned mayo in and i don't like that so i opted for a Tuna and Cucumber sandwich on brown bread...so YYYEESSSS i did it!!</p>
	<p><u><strong>I RESISTED THE TEMPTATION TO EAT CHIPS AND CHEESE</strong></u></p>
	<p>my dad sent me a very encouragin email last nice and have now printed it out and stuck in on the fridge,i have been thinking about it all day especially when it gets a bit tough....thanks dad :-) xxxxx</p>

We have a sandwich company called 'Montys' that come round every morning, i usually grab myself a sarnie or a sausage batch,today i brough a can if sugar free red bull (which is free on SW)and a banana and an apple,they filled me up until lunch time.&lt;br&gt;
For my lunch i went to Morrisons and had a salad and got some ham from the deli and made myself a lovely ham salad with a few boiled eggs,that was very nice.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;*&lt;/strong&gt;***&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Its 15.01 now and i am getting peckish ( i always do at this time) i used to have a bounty at this time But i think i am gonig to wait and see how i feel if im still hungry in a bit.might have a cupa soup&lt;/p&gt;

but within 6 years my weight has crept up,its that typical story of comfortable relationship,comfortable eating.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Heres the honest bit: im now a size 22 and very unhappy about the way i am.&lt;br&gt;
Although Dave tells me how much he loves me and how lovely i am,it's still not enough to make me feel as though i am happy about myself.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I have tried slimming world a few times but have never been 'in the zone' until now....&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;what did it??&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt; : My weekend away on london, I walked down that famour Oxford street glaring into the shops looking at those fantastic clothes thnking to myslef, "they look nice, i wonder if they do my size" then the little voice in my head said to me: "come on Donna, this is London...they are not going to do your size"  sure enough LV was right.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;So nows the time! &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What better way to start&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;#&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;What better way to start this journey than to participate in the 2007 slimathon for NSPCC and Macmillan Cancer Support,fantastic!&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Not only am i doing it for me but i am doing it for a brilliant cause.&lt;/p&gt;
